Main duties of the job
As the ideal candidate, you'll bring excellent communication and organizational skills to the table, along with the ability to manage priorities effectively in a dynamic environment. Your role will include:
* Providing essential administrative and secretarial support to the Employee Experience Team, including the management of complex reports and presentations.
* Enhancing communication within the team and with external parties to promote our equality and diversity objectives.
* Playing a key role in the administration and coordination of the Equality Advocates Network and related activities.
* Contributing to service development through audits, culture change initiatives, and supporting the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Lead in various capacities.
Experience in supervising staff, coupled with strong IT and administrative skills, will be crucial for this role. We value flexibility, creativity in problem-solving, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications
* Knowledge of administrative procedures, including specialised IT systems and project support, training knowledge, acquired through formal training or experience to diploma level or equivalent.
Experience
* Experience of planning, co-ordinating, and evaluating projects.
Knowledge
* Strong IT skills and ability to use Microsoft packages including Word, Power-point and Excel.
* Knowledge of the public sector equality duty and protected characteristic groups.
