About the Role:
As a Talent Attraction and Development Lead, in the People and Culture team, you will focus on delivering a comprehensive Talent Attraction strategy which ensures that Coleg y Cymoedd attracts the highest quality candidates, furthers its reputation as an employer of choice and develops best practice candidate experience. You’ll work on improving key metrics such as conversion rate from advert to application, average number of candidates per role and average time to hire. You’ll also work to deliver the college’s ambitious Learning and Development aims, ensuring colleagues are provided with the opportunity to develop the skills and attributes needed to deliver high performance in their current and future roles. This role will report to the People and Culture Manager.

Staff employed at Coleg y Cymoedd will have responsibility for the safeguarding and for the promoting the welfare of learners.
Undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required by the College, either at your principal place of work or other College premises, commensurate with the grade and responsibilities of the role.
