A dynamic and supportive commercial property management firm is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join their team in Edinburgh or Glasgow. The firm manages a diverse portfolio of commercial properties across the UK, including city centre Class A offices, local retail units, and industrial estates. This role offers a varied and exciting work environment with a strong emphasis on personal and supportive client relationships.
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and growing their knowledge and experience in commercial property management. They will take responsibility for their own clients, be a real team player, and be willing to travel regularly throughout Scotland and occasionally the wider UK.
Qualifications Required:
* Full driving licence
* At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the commercial property sector
Skills Required:
* Good communication skills (written and verbal)
* Strong organizational, planning, and multi-tasking abilities
* Excellent interpersonal skills for maintaining and developing client relationships
* Attention to detail
* Team working
* Proficient in using IT equipment and software packages (e.g., MS Office)
Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and tenants regarding day-to-day commercial property management
* Support the Client Finance team with utilities, service charges, invoicing, and billing
* Conduct site management and safety inspections
* Contribute to internal operations, such as process improvement and office management

Salary: £33,000 to £36,000 (depending on experience) plus benefits
Hours of work: Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
