About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable leader to take charge of the operational management of the Medical Resourcing team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the Trust delivers a robust and effective medical workforce supply. The role involves expertly managing key aspects of medical resourcing, including:
• Consultant recruitment
• Temporary staffing and locum doctor management
• Ensuring compliance with medical terms and conditions of service
Your expertise will guide the Trust in navigating complex medical workforce matters, offering strategic advice to ensure policies and practices are aligned with best practice and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Medical Resourcing team to deliver an efficient and effective service.
• Drive improvements in consultant recruitment, locum doctor management, and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with medical workforce regulations and terms of service.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of medical resourcing.
• Develop and maintain effective policies and procedures for safe and effective medical workforce management.
What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in medical resourcing or healthcare workforce management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of medical recruitment processes, workforce planning, and compliance matters.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
