Role: Cover Supervisor Hours: Flexible hours (Mon-Fri only) Rate of Pay: £95-135 (per day, dependent upon experience) We are seeking a reliable and confident cover supervisor to fill in, in the absence of the class teacher, providing key learning opportunities through the delivery of pre-set materials. You will be responsible for creating a safe learning space where all children feel comfortable. This is a flexible position for one of our partner schools in Coventry (CV6). Ideal Applicant: - Previous experience working as a cover supervisor or HLTA - Confident delivering lessons to a range of ages, abilities & learning needs - Passionate about education - Reliable and enthusiastic - Strong classroom presence and confident behaviour management techniques You will be responsible for: - Delivering engaging lessons, following pre-planned work and using the resources provided - Managing classroom behaviour effectively and ensuring you create a safe and positive classroom environment - Reporting any concerns to the senior leadership team and/or permanent teachers within the school - Being able to adapt to the environment and ensure you deliver lessons to suit the needs of each class - Being an advocate for Teaching Personnel by always acting professionally and making a difference every day IF YOU ARE A CONFIDENT INDIVIDUAL AND HAVE EXPERIENCE COVERING LESSONS WITHIN UK SECONDARY SCHOOLS, PLEASE SEND YOUR CV TO OR CALL FOR FURTHER INFORMATION All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
