As a Teacher of Geography, you will be joining a department which is extremely popular at Key Stages 3 and 4, with three other specialist Geography teachers. The Humanities Faculty at Whitcliffe Mount includes 10 specialist teachers in total, and as part of wider faculty responsibilities, any candidates must be willing to teach RS and History at KS3. At Whitcliffe Mount, we want all our students to enjoy Humanities and to become confident, independent learners. We also want our staff to feel supported and inspired to achieve their personal best.
For early careers teachers, we offer support that is second to none, with a dedicated mentor, reduced teaching timetable and Early Careers Framework (ECT) training from the Teaching School Hub.
