We have an exciting opportunity for a Contract Performance and Quality Manager to join our team. As the Contract Performance and Quality Manager at Atlas Workplace Services, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and enhancing contract performance for all clients. You’ll work closely with both central and site-based teams to drive quality standards and service improvement across the Helpdesk, Scheduling, and Coordination functions. Reporting directly to the Service Operations Manager and with a dotted line to the Business Improvement Manager, you’ll provide actionable insights on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), implementing adjustments to ensure operational excellence. This role is based at our Milton Keynes office, with the option to work from home one day per week (subject to agreement) and occasional travel to site-based teams as needed. This role involves regular analysis, performance tracking, and supporting new contract mobilisations. Additionally, you’ll take on office management responsibilities for the Milton Keynes HQ, overseeing the facility’s compliance, safety, and maintenance. Key Responsibilities Performance Management : Produce and analyse reports to monitor contract performance and quality, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently met. Operational Excellence : Manage both Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive performance reporting, implementing measures to meet client expectations. Trend Analysis : Identify patterns and root causes, implementing improvements to prevent issues. Client and Team Support : Collaborate with the Service Operations Manager and team leads on contract mobilisations, ensuring client requirements are understood, implemented, and supported during transitions. Training & Compliance : Maintain the Client Services training matrix to ensure consistent standards across all functions. Process Improvement : Lead projects to streamline operations, reduce inefficiencies, and drive continuous service improvement. Office Management : Oversee site maintenance for the Milton Keynes HQ, ensuring compliance with PPM schedules and regulatory requirements, including fire safety protocols, access control, and contractor management. Audit Compliance : Act as the on-site lead during Milton Keynes audits (e.g., ISO9001, 14001, 45001, 27001), ensuring site documentation and department audit standards are met.
