Actively self-generate leads with a strong hunter mentality, targeting high-risk merchants in need of specialized payment solutions. Prospect potential customers through outbound telesales and creative outreach strategies to build a strong client base. Deliver effective solutions to both merchants and banking partners, focusing on high-risk sectors, and creating value and growth opportunities. Build bespoke deals tailored to individual customer needs, ensuring profitability. Identify and evaluate large incremental business opportunities to support business expansion. Sales Executive - Qualifications: Experience in the high-risk payments sector, with an understanding of complex payment requirements for high-risk merchants. Experience in self gen sales role in payments. Minimum of 2 years in sales, or business development, with a proven track record. Strong self-starter with a hunter mentality, eager to generate leads and pursue new business. Creative and entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong ability to develop and sell innovative ideas. Demonstrates ambition and drive to contribute to company growth. Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively. Additional language skills are advantageous but not essential for success in this role.
