Job Title – Operations Administrator
Location – Portland, Dorset
Salary – Circa £26,000 per annum
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Operations Administrator to join us in our Portland office in Dorset.
In this job you will…
Provide general administrative support to the team:
1. Project support; Filing, document handling, typing, ordering.
2. Project support; Filing, document handling, typing, ordering.
3. Managing and maintaining training records
4. Understanding training requirements across the business and ensuring employees have the correct and in date qualifications/certificates to be compliant.
5. Obtaining quotations for training and booking training courses.
6. Booking H&S tests for CSCS/ECS cards and applying for CSCS/ECS cards.
7. Provide pre course material and communicating joining instructions to employees prior to course.
8. Dealing with telephone and email enquiries.
9. To book accommodation, hire vehicles as required.
10. Receptionist duties, telephone, and face to face client contact.
11. Generating purchase orders as requested.
12. Take on special projects as requested by the Operations Manager.
13. To perform duties in accordance with all relevant legislation in particular the Health and Safety at Work Act.
14. Any other duties which the company may reasonably require the individual to undertake.
