Macildowie Finance are currently working with a leading Leicester based business to support in the recruitment of a Finance Manager Mergers and Acquisitions and Integration. This business is highly acquisitive and you will be heavily involved in integrating the new acquisitions into the pre-existing group systems, processes and controls environment. You will be a key part of this high performing Finance team, providing the linkage between M&A, Financial Controls, FP and A and Business Operations. Responsibilities will include:Lead on the integration of acquisitions supporting a clear and well executed transition in to the Group systems, processes and controls. Set up and maintain the Finance work streams ensuring acquisitions are transitioned in a timely and accurate manner.
