Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a proactive and efficient individual to join our team in providing Contract Demobilisation Support. This role primarily involves chasing FM Maintenance Supply Chain partners to ensure the closure and updating of CAFM task orders. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently liaising with partners through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to ensure the timely completion of outstanding tasks.
This is a full-time, office-based role, requiring someone who can start immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Chase FM Maintenance Supply Chain partners to ensure CAFM task orders are closed out and updated in a timely manner.
2. Communicate effectively via telephone, email, and other digital platforms to follow up on outstanding actions.
3. Monitor and track the progress of task orders within the CAFM system, ensuring that all updates are recorded accurately.
4. Assist in coordinating the demobilisation process to ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled.
5. Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
1. Experience with CAFM Systems: Previous experience working with CAFM systems is essential.
2. Telephone Skills: Comfortable operating the telephone for follow-ups and chasing tasks.
3. Microsoft Office Proficiency: Competent in using Microsoft systems, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
4. Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
5. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy in updating records and task orders.
Additional Information:
1. Immediate start is required.
2. This role operates Monday to Friday, with working hours from 08:30 to 17:00.
3. PAYE rate offered, competitive based on experience.
