National Account Executive
One of the World's leading consumer brands is looking for a National Account Executive to manage and grow both existing and new key accounts. The role will also be responsible for managing and developing national key accounts to provide growth to the business.
Key responsibilities
* Manage the key customer accounts.
* Oversee the complete accounts process e.g. pricing audits, customer presentations, internal file management, product launches, and category management/promotional initiatives.
* Conduct regular customer audits to ascertain competitor pricing/promotions.
* Work with the National Account Manager on the maintenance of pricing and forecasting files.
* Prepare customer reports and presentations to show market trends and opportunities.
* Collaborate with the Customer Service Group and Logistics department to track sales orders vs. customer service levels and resolve delivery issues.
* Attend Head Office meetings and coordinate ad hoc projects e.g. training, in-store marketing, sales reports, and promotional events.
* Possess graduate caliber with good communication and presentation skills.
* Exhibit good planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Demonstrate good interpersonal and selling skills.
* Maintain excellent customer focus (internal and external stakeholders) and attention to detail.
* Be an ambitious, enthusiastic, pro-active individual who wishes to progress to a National Account Management position.
* Hold a valid Driving Licence.
