Location: Kent and Medway Wheelchair Contact, Gillingham (with occasional travel within Kent)
Salary: A GBP 27,800 per year
Hours: 40 hours per week
Full UK Driving Licence and access to own transport required

Rosscare is committed to providing high:quality services to our service users. We are looking for a Community Liaison Engagement Administrator (CLEA) to join our team, based in Gillingham, to support our Community Liaison and Engagement officer working within the Kent and Medway Wheelchair Contract.
Purpose of the Role
To provide administrative support for the CLEO (Community Liaison and Engagement Officer), supporting service users, maintaining efficient administrative systems, and assisting with events and project coordination.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Create and maintain filing systems in accordance with the CLEOs instructions and the organisations systems and procedures.
* Update the Electronic Customer Relations System (CRM), hard copy information guidance and other reference materials.
* Answer incoming calls and liaise with service users, stakeholders and other staff : taking messages where necessary.
* Maintain and organise diaries and work records.
* Arrange and attend internal and external meetings, events and workshops, taking notes as required, including being willing to travel to help facilitate such events.
* Assist in the planning and coordination of large and small events, ensuring paperwork and other materials are readily available, including being willing to travel to help facilitate such events.
* Display and maintain stock of Rosscare leaflets and posters for user organisations and individual service users.
* Produce information from data, spreadsheets and reports provided.
* Work alongside the CLEO on any current or upcoming projects.
* General filing, scanning and word processing duties as required.

Key Skills and Requirements
Essential:
* Strong administrative experience.
* Excellent social skills, including being empathetic and respectful to service users with complex needs.
* Ability to write clearly and accurately.
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Ability to manage a varied workload, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
* A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport.
* A professional, non:judgemental attitude when working with people.
Desirable:
* Previous experience within a disability/healthcare background.
* Additional qualifications in IT or Administration.
