Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents.
* Lead and support nursing staff.
* Build positive relationships with residents, families, and other stakeholders.
* Participate in an on-call roster including Nights.


Minimum Requirements:

* Current NZ Registered Nurse Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) with experience in aged care.
* Good team spirit with empathy and commitment to making a difference.
* Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
* Familiarity with computers and ability to learn new systems quickly.
* Understanding of Nga Paerewa sector standards and applying the Treaty of Waitangi standards in the workplace.
