About the Role:
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to be the face of urfuture for our clients, ensuring they get the best possible experience on our platform. You will work directly with our customers, handling their enquiries, solving issues, and building long-term relationships that foster success. As the first member of the Customer Success team, you’ll also help build out processes and materials with the CEO and scale the team as the company grows.
Responsibilities include:
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming their go-to contact for platform support.
* Platform Support: Assist customers with platform enquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on how to best use the platform.
* Monthly Reviews: Hold regular monthly reviews with customers to ensure their needs are being met and to gather feedback.
* Training Resources: Develop a video content training library to help clients get the most out of the platform.
* Team Growth: Work closely with the CEO to build out processes and materials for the Customer Success function, and scale the team as the business expands.

Who You Are:
* A relationship-builder who thrives on creating and maintaining strong client connections
* Experience in customer success or client services, supporting clients with platform enquiries and troubleshooting
* Proactive and able to work autonomously, with the ambition to build and scale a team
* Skilled at creating training materials and guiding customers through platform features and best practices
* Ready to step into a leadership role and work closely with the CEO to define and execute the customer success strategy
