Based in beautiful Berkshire we cover the East of Berkshire and provide wheelchairs and specialist seating to a broad range of people (adults and children) including those with complex disabilities. We are based in a newly renovated location at 3, Abell Gardens in Maidenhead providing staff and patients with hugely improved environment and facilities. We work on a Monday through Friday basis, with no weekend work and offer flexible and part time working, including working from home at times, so that you can have a fantastic work life balance. Main duties of the job Coordinating and providing administrative support to our operational team, including collating and inputting data and being the first point of contact for the service. Being responsible for manning reception and welcoming patients and visitors on site Managing telephone calls with service users and deal sensitively and appropriately and take relevant action depending on the nature of the call Using patient booking systems, including BEST to help facilitate an efficient referral and booking process Working with patients, relatives and carers within a multi-disciplinary team and in partnership with professionals in health, social care, education and charities as well as with specialist providers and technicians.
