Role Overview:

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or SEN TA to join our team in Banstead.
You'll play a pivotal role in nurturing the development and education of children from Early Years to KS2, working closely with the class teacher and other staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in planning and delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate activities.
* Support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children.
* Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
* Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to enhance the learning experience.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and safeguarding procedures.
* Assist with the preparation of learning materials and classroom organization.
Requirements:
* Relevant qualification (Drama, Dance, Psychology, English, Sports Science, or equivalent).
* Previous experience in a school setting or at after-school clubs or youth clubs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A patient, caring, and enthusiastic attitude.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
