Repairs Administrator

Sellick Partnership is currently assisting in the recruitment of a Repairs Administrator for a social housing association based in Sunderland on an ongoing temporary basis.
Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with customers via their preferred method of contact (telephone, letter, email, and SMS) to ensure regular contact is made and updates given.
2. Raise repairs, follow up on repairs raised by customers, and manage jobs that have multiple visits, previous cancellations, and no access.
3. Support the delivery of an excellent customer care service to ensure that customer issues in completed properties are resolved, particularly relating to the rectification of defects and the continuation of the customer journey.
4. Communicate directly with customers to resolve issues, working with the construction and sales teams where necessary.
Requirements:
1. Experience working in a similar repairs and maintenance function completing administrative support duties.
