Duties
1. Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote children's learning and development.
2. Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children.
3. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high standards of care and education.
5. Manage daily routines, including meal times, play sessions, and rest periods.
6. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and other staff members to build strong relationships.
7. Drive initiatives that promote children's well-being and development in line with early years frameworks.
Skills
1. Experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting is essential.
2. Strong leadership skills to guide and support junior staff members.
3. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
4. Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively while maintaining a positive atmosphere.
5. A passion for early childhood education with a commitment to fostering children's growth.
6. Capability to drive initiatives that enhance the educational experience for young learners.
