Job Title: Senior ICT Support Analyst
The Role
The main purpose of a Vospers Senior ICT Support Analyst is to deliver on all related Company objectives by providing professional, positive ICT solutions throughout the company. Work closely with the Group ICT Solutions Manager to assist with the delivery of a responsive and reliable service to its customers.
* Working as a technical point of escalation for the ICT Service desk, ensuring ICT Support Analyst staff are trained and mentored to a high standard
* Support staff in the appropriate use of ICT within the business, with focus on ensuring support workloads are distributed throughout the ICT Service Desk Team
* Provide technical support by way of assisting with the resolution of ICT related problems, focusing as a point of escalation, whilst completing quality control checks
* Ensure workload and priorities are managed effectively using the department helpdesk tool, and ensuring ICT Service Desk tickets are updated, maintained and closed in a timely manner, across all ICT Service Desk queues
* Responsible for the general maintenance and security of ICT with focus on PCs, Laptops, mobile devices, WiFi and Printers
* Assist with the deployment of computer related hardware and software throughout the organisation, with responsibility for quality control, ensuring accuracy of deployment tasks and ensuring documentation and workflows are maintained to a high standard
* Working as technical point of contact within the ICT Service Desk, assisting the ICT Infrastructure Team as required
* Recognise, report and action security related issues to ensure the organisation is continuously protected against ICT related threats
* Assist, and lead where required, with the delivery of departmental projects
* Carry out the configuration of network associated equipment
* Complete new user inductions as required to ensure staff have a full understanding of the ICT systems and procedures
Location: Marsh Mills, Plymouth
Hours: 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday
