Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator (Finance) to join our team in Thame.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their skills. As Office Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for a range of essential financial and administrative duties, supporting the smooth operation of our finance and processing department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily bank and cashbook reconciliations
• Process supplier invoices accurately and timely
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
• Liaise with procurement to address supplier enquiries
• Execute weekly BACS runs and manage ad-hoc payments
• Resolve invoice queries with customers and internal departments
• Oversee the cylinder regeneration process
• Provide general administrative support, including correspondence drafting and filing
• Assist with month-end processes and maintain accurate financial records
• Manage departmental inboxes and handle incoming calls professionally
Qualifications
Requirements:
• Previous office experience, preferably in a office admin/ finance-related role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and financial software
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work
