* Experience working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background with proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
* Delivered 5 full lifecycle experience SAP SuccessFactors implementations or similar (Oracle HCM and / or Workday) as a HR Tech consultant and / or Solution Architect.
* Experience of sales, capability and proposition building and delivery

As a HR Solution Architect (with focus on SAP SuccessFactors) in the business you’ll help set the direction, driving forward the business, model our values and behaviours, and coach and develop junior members of the team.
Key expectations from this role include:
* Lead the SAP SuccessFactors and HR Technology solution design aspects as part of wider HR Transformation programmes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
* Provide functional and technical leadership and guidance to teams, ensuring that the architecture aligns with best practices and industry standards.
* Lead and manage multiple project workstreams such as functional design, testing, data migration and integration to deliver high quality results.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
* Build and enhance relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and external vendors such as SAP, Oracle and Workday.
* Manage the governance of solution design and technical architecture, including the development of artefacts such as Technology Roadmaps and Architecture Decision Logs.
* Develop HR Technology thought leadership, working closely with colleagues in Workforce & Organisation and PBS.
* Taking responsibility for development of junior colleagues.
* Stay updated on the latest HR technology trends and best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
