Role Type: Office Based, located in Airtastic Lisburn, within the Airtastic Call Centre, Full time or part time – Monday to Sunday – Shift work between the hours of 9.00 am – 7:00 pm
Salary: £12 per hour
The Person
An excellent opportunity has opened within Airtastic for a dynamic and driven Call Centre Representative to join our Call Centre team and be responsible to engage with customers across all Airtastic and Funky Monkeys centres within Northern Ireland and ROI.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is able to confidently engage with our customers at all levels and for a variety of customer enquiries. It is vital that they are a clear communicator who is professional and can provide an exceptional customer experience throughout.
The Role – Main Responsibilities
* To professionally handle all customer enquiries by telephone, online booking, social media platforms and email.
* To confidently handle any customer feedback in a calm and professional manner.
* Be able to confidently communicate with the management of our centres to ensure that the customer experience is consistent. This will include being able to relay information from the customer to the correct centre in a timely and informative manner.
* To help customers navigate their way through the booking system and provide insightful and comprehensive assistance when required.
* To keep up to date with the latest competitions, policies, procedures and advise our customers accordingly.
* To be able to take payments over the phone for existing, new bookings and upsell activities when appropriate.
Experience /Skills/Attributes
* At least one year experience in a similar role - call centre, sales or customer relations, preferably in a services-based industry (i.e. Hospitality, Leisure, Events, etc.)
* Previous experience working with till systems and internal customer relations software.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
* Excellent grasp of the English language in both spoken and written communication.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
* An approachable and enthusiastic manner and a “can do” attitude.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Be able to make decisions on customer enquires and feedback using own initiative but involving relevant assistance where necessary.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint or equivalent platforms.
* Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
* Minimum pass A-level in English and Mathematics or Equivalent (preferable).
Requirements
* 18 years and above, due to the nature of the workload.
* Education: A-Level or equivalent (preferred).
* Experience: customer service: 1 year (preferred).
