People Change Consultant
Location: Chelmsford
Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract
Salary: £47k - £56k DOE
ARM are delighted to be supporting one of our clients with the recruitment of a People Change Consultant on an initial 12-month fixed term contract. This role will provide highly specialist change management expertise, advice, guidance, and challenge within large and transformational programmes of work, enabling the business to achieve its strategic aims and deliver our organisation plan.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage highly complex and difficult conversations.
2. Deliver practical and impactful change solutions by transforming complex concepts, leveraging innovative approaches.
3. Support in the creation and implementation of impactful change management strategies.
4. Work closely with key organisational leaders and stakeholders to analyse and manage the organisation-wide change landscape.
5. Evaluate the impact of change initiatives, measuring key performance indicators and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
6. Develop and drive the organisation's change capability strategy by coaching and mentoring leaders.
7. Actively participate in the development and continuation of communities of change practice and networks to share best practices.
8. Meet specific individual and shared targets and objectives as defined annually within the performance management framework.
Qualifications:
1. Educated to degree level (RFQ Level 6) or equivalent by experience.
2. CIPD or Change Management qualification.
3. Demonstrable knowledge of the critical factors in leading change.
4. Expert knowledge in Change Management frameworks, methodologies, approaches and toolkits - including Prosci and ADKAR.
5. Knowledge and experience of organisational development theories.
6. Effective in engaging with partners and stakeholders, confident in managing multiple and conflicting stakeholder expectations.
7. Delivering change readiness, maturity, and impact assessments to develop integrated people change plans.
8. Experienced in managing diverse workloads through prioritisation, remaining credible under pressure, and working effectively in ambiguous situations.
