We are looking to recruit an experienced Hotel General Manager for Holiday Inn Express Cambridge West – Cambourne. This role reports to the Managing Director of Lighthouse Hotel Management. You will have a passion for delivering outstanding guest experience, be a skilled developer of people and have expert ability to drive commercial performance. As the leader of the business, you will have expert knowledge in the marketplace and will use this to drive sales across all key segments whilst maximising revenue and leveraging occupancy. You will live our brand values and ensure steps of service are delivered professionally and consistently. You will build and develop a high performing team that exceeds all key performance indicators. What Are We Looking For? The ideal candidate will be: An experienced Hotel General Manager with branded hotel experience (IHG experience would be preferrable but not essential) An expert in driving commercial performance.
