Job Description
The Field Service Technician coordinates troubleshooting and repairs of all Flowserve and Non-Flowserve valve-actuator-positioner products for customers in various industries such as oil and gas, chemical, power, nuclear, coal, mining, and water/wastewater.
The job involves coordination with the Commercial Team, Major manufacturing plants, Engineering/Quality departments, QRCs, and CSCs in respective regions.
The technician will plan repair and installation of equipment, oversee start-up, conduct maintenance, and monitor the performance of products at customer locations. They may be the only Flowserve representative on site but can call upon resources from Field Service and/or Service Engineering Team to ensure peak product performance.

Requirements:
* Technical High School or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
* A Minimum of Five Years' Experience in Assembly, Test, Troubleshooting Valve-Actuator-Positioner Product Lines
* Proficiency in Factory Testing Requirements
* Autonomous Travel and Excellent Documentation Skills
* Clear Communication and Proficient Computer Skills
* Prior Job Preparation and Ability to Work Well Without Supervision
