Job Description
As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor, you will:
* Respond to customer queries via inbound calls.
* Make outbound calls to customers.
* Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information.
* Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
* Assist in the implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
* Work closely with other team members to meet and exceed performance goals.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and services.
* Participate in regular training and development programmes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Temporary Customer Service Advisor should have:
* A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
* 1 year or more experience within a customer call centre background.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
* The ability to work well in a team and independently.
* A good understanding of the energy industry.
