Fantastic monthly bonus where you could earn around an extra £2000 per year. Shifts: Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm and Saturdays 8am - 5pm. Saturdays 2 x per month Flexible Hybrid working – once competent (minimum 6 months), the working pattern is then 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (dependant). What to expect as a Call Centre Agent; As a Call Centre Agent at Wescot you will be supporting customers to achieve financial wellbeing. We have a dedicated Training team, supporting you in small training teams over your 4 weeks Induction. Once qualified, your exciting career step in role is fully structured with your new team members and leader. Engaging customers on inbound and outbound calls providing exceptional customer service to financial stability. Confidently handling calls where you will support potentially vulnerable customers to deliver solutions with care and empathy.
