As a result of continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant, ideally with knowledge of working within the local area and who is passionate about providing a professional service and can contribute to our continued growth.
You must have drive and desire to succeed whilst growing and developing your network of clients and candidates based from our centrally located Cambridge Office. Our long-established branch based in Cambridge has a highly experienced team, so you would be working with some of the best the local area has to offer; this is an excellent opportunity for someone to develop the business in a supportive and friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. This is a sales role - you will identify, follow up and convert leads to generate new business
2. Have excellent negotiation skills to increase revenue
3. Carry out canvassing in order to find our fantastic candidates their next role
4. The role will include telemarketing, market research, e-mail shots, visiting clients
5. Be a relationship builder to strengthen lasting client relationships
6. Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle
7. Meeting weekly and monthly KPI's
8. Manage and maintain candidates
9. Guiding candidates through the process of their application
10. Posting jobs ads, CV screening
Skills/Experience Required:
1. Previous experience in a sales/business development role is essential, combined with a real hunger to succeed
2. The ambition to drive the business upwards in a positive manner - be results orientated
3. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Ability to work to tight deadlines
5. Full driving licence essential
