Anderson Knight have partnered with an established organisation in Dundee, looking to hire an enthusiastic and knowledgeable HR Adviser to join their growing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to play a key role in shaping and delivering effective HR solutions across the business. Main Responsibilities: Offer professional HR advice and support to managers and employees on workplace policies, procedures, and employment legislation. Assist in the design and execution of HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Handle employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary procedures. Lead recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, and managing workforce planning. Support learning and development programmes to enhance employee skills and engagement. Ensure compliance with employment laws and industry best practices. Maintain and update HR records while contributing to HR reporting and insights. Key Skills & Experience: Previous experience in an HR Adviser or similar HR advisory role. Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR policies. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Proven ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic setting. CIPD qualification (or working towards) is preferred. Analytical mindset with a proactive and solution-driven approach.
