* £42,672 - £46,767 per annum (pro rata for part time)

This pool is open to current Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) staff only.
It has been identified that there may be a need to fill both permanent and temporary, wholetime Watch Manager vacancies over the coming months. To address this, we have decided to recruit a pool of candidates. Those who are successful in passing the process will be eligible for both temporary and permanent Watch Manager positions that arise within 6 months of the process. Please note that these vacancies are not guaranteed.
Any permanent positions will be allocated to candidates with the highest scores in order. Temporary positions will be offered to the next highest scoring individuals, subject to eligibility.
Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service are looking to fill this pool with motivated and committed individuals who can demonstrate strong organisational values in line with SCC and SFRS.
Applications are invited from interested candidates eligible for both temporary and permanent promotion to Watch Manager in line with the SFRS Service Progression Document (SPD).
