WHAT TO EXPECT:
Working as a Senior Process Analyst within the Supply Chain Operations Development team, you will be leading the Operations & Logistics teams through business process improvement, technology, lean methodology and the use of digital tools. Delivering products and services that drive competitive advantage and efficiency by reducing costs, improving delivery performance, creating value and driving profitable growth for the teams.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
* Enhance and maintain current business processes.
* Future State - Process Mapping alignment to IERP rollout of SAP/S4Hana.
* Requirements gathering across the Operations & Logistics Teams – analysing pain points within existing processes and systems, identifying improvement opportunities and project scoping.
* Define and maintain Data Analytics Strategy and Strategic Roadmap for Operations and Logistics.
* Translate business requirements into technical solutions capturing core process elements.
* Work with IT and InDigital to deliver data analytics and digital tools.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
* Experience working as a business process analyst / process engineer in the Supply Chain / Logistics sector.
* Understanding of automotive or other supply chains and material flow principles.
* Experience in capturing and publishing business processes.
* Experience in using Aris Connect or Visio.
* Able to conduct detailed business process mapping / analysis and identify improvement opportunities, supported by data.
