Clarity is recruiting for a Part time ACT on behalf of our client for a newly acquired online pharmacy based in Milton Keynes What you need to know: This is a permanent part time role, hours can be flexible. The trading hours 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. The days for this role will be Mondays, Thursday & Fridays. What you'll be doing: The ACT is responsible for supporting the delivery of safe, effective and efficient pharmacy services. This includes a range of tasks, such as: Preparing and dispensing medicines Administering medicines Providing advice and support to patients on their medicines Managing the pharmacy inventory Maintaining the pharmacy records Key Responsibilities Prepare and dispense medicines in accordance with the patient's prescription and the relevant guidelines Administer medicines to patients as instructed by the doctor or nurse Manage the pharmacy inventory, ensuring that there are sufficient supplies of medicines to meet patient demand Maintain the pharmacy records, including prescription records, dispensing records, and patient medication histories Participate in continuing professional development activities to maintain and develop your skills and knowledge What we Require: Diploma in Accuracy Checking Technician Studies or equivalent Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council 1-2 years' experience in a pharmacy setting Excellent customer service skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines What's on offer: 14.75 p/h 28 days holiday GPhC membership fees paid Pension & more For more information about this job, feel free to contact me at adrianclarityrecruitment.ie or to arrange a chat please click here Schedule a call All inquires are completely confidential
