Employment Lawyer
Rogers and Norton Solicitors are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employment Lawyer to join our team at the Norwich office.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to take a leadership role in developing an employment law team, setting strategic goals and shaping its long-term success.
The ideal candidate must be a qualified solicitor or hold CILEX qualifications in employment law practice and have extensive experience. They must provide advice on a wide range of employment law matters, including contracts, disputes, workplace policies, and tribunal representation.
The candidate must possess excellent communication and business development skills and take responsibility for marketing and business development activities to grow the team’s client base.
