Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
* Provide 1st line technical support to customers
* Transfer old clients onto new systems and platforms
* Identify, establish and diagnose IT faults through security-based software
* Apply appropriate testing to hardware and software alongside supporting field engineers
* Provide updates to customers and end users with reports, data and analysis
* Programming of routers, switches and servers
