Your Role as a Maths Teacher: Plan and deliver engaging and accessible Maths lessons, adapting content to suit individual learning needs. Use creative and differentiated teaching methods to ensure students of all abilities thrive. Work closely with SEN specialists, therapists, and support staff to provide a holistic learning experience. Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment where students feel motivated and supported. Assess and track student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues. Help students develop confidence, problem-solving skills, and a love for Maths. Who We’re Looking For: ✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) with experience teaching Maths at secondary level. ✅ Passion for working with students with additional needs and a flexible approach to teaching. ✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and support students effectively. ✅ Experience in SEN, alternative provision, or small-group teaching is desirable but not essential. ✅ A patient, resilient, and creative approach to teaching and learning. ✅ Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
