4. Work in partnership with suppliers and internal teams to facilitate ongoing improvements.

Minimum Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience as a Goods In Manager or Supervisor
* Strong leadership skills—able to build, coach, and motivate a team
* 5+ years of warehouse experience (this is a warehouse-based role)
* Holder of a current FLT (Forklift Truck) License
* Process-oriented mindset with a track record of enhancing efficiency and driving improvement
* Experience working with suppliers and internal stakeholders to optimize supply chain performance
* Hands-on, proactive approach – thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
