We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our busy HR team and support on Employee Relations case management, along with providing broader specialist support on Human Resource related queries to our workforce. Responsibilities Providing Operations with support and advice across various HR and Employee Relations matters; such as disciplinaries, grievances and performance management Supporting line managers with absence management and any long-term welfare discussions and occupational health reviews Supporting on TUPE-transfers into the business Conducting exit interviews Support the HR Business Partner to implement colleague engagement initiatives Maintain up to date knowledge of developments in Employment Law, Case Law and HR best practice and making necessary recommendations Liaise with ACAS on Escalations Undertake ad-hoc projects in line with company objectives What are we looking for? 2-3 years (or more) of experience in a HR Advisor capacity Strong influencing and interpersonal skills with proven ability to quickly build relationships with stakeholders Articulate, innovative and challenging mindset with strong collaborative style yet unafraid to challenge where necessary Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to work with high case loads. Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
