Join the Banking Services team as Senior Administrator, where you’ll get involved with retail banking services for our stores and Support Office companies across the UK, ROI and the Netherlands. Your goal is to deliver top-notch banking services, manage the merchant acquiring function, and build great relationships with our customers and partners.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our Banking Services team, making sure everything runs smoothly. But that doesn’t stop there – you’ll keep automation data tables up to date, upload ROI and Dutch data files using various banking platforms, and ensure everything is accurate by running automation and analyzing outputs. Handling investigations and queries, providing cross-functional support, and training to understand the end-to-end process of automation data flows will also be part of your role.
You’ll bring customer service experience, can drive resolution on queries, and be proficient in the Microsoft package (O365). Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Having an effective communication style coupled with the ability to handle ever-changing priorities will set you apart.
