The Role As a Teacher of Humanities, you will: Deliver high-quality lessons in History and RE to students across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 teaching may also be available for the right candidate). Inspire students with creative and engaging teaching strategies, fostering a love for learning in Humanities subjects. Plan and deliver a curriculum that meets national standards and enables all students to achieve their potential. Use data and assessment to inform teaching and ensure progress for all learners, including SEND and high-achieving students. About You The ideal candidate will: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification. Have a strong academic background and subject knowledge in History and Religious Education. Be an innovative and reflective practitioner committed to delivering outstanding teaching and learning. Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills, fostering an environment where every student can thrive. Be a team player who contributes positively to the department and wider school.
