A great opportunity has become available within the Direct Brick team to support our newly launched Connect CRM system, maintaining our brick product catalogue along with offering customer service support with our growing offering within European Imports. The successful candidate will join the project in the developing stages and will play an integral role in the service offering to our customers.
Person & Skills
The successful candidate will ideally have experience working with Kerridge along with an understanding of our brick catalogue. You will be self-motivated, have great attention to detail and have excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with internal/external departments, suppliers and customers. The successful candidate will also need to be able to adapt to different situations and demands depending on market conditions.
Key Tasks
1. Comprehensive support of the CRM system and continuous improvement
2. Maintain and develop the brick catalogue to synchronise with Akeneo to provide intuitive information to the Operations Manager
3. Work with the leading brick manufacturers to develop our PIM catalogue
4. Raise new orders on K8 including direct brick orders, brick cutting projects and import orders
5. Work closely with key import suppliers
6. Manage logistics and customs documentation for directly imported bricks
7. Explore opportunities within the import process
