Job Description
This paid position will be involved in helping Bosch Home Comfort’s customer support teams advance our transformation. You will report to the department director while supporting the team and Londonderry, NH site with various administrative responsibilities and project management coordination activities.
What you will be doing:
* Administrative: Become a master of organization! You'll be responsible for scheduling meetings and managing project documents.
* Communication: Help us keep everyone informed! You'll be crafting emails, preparing decision-making content/presentations, and ensuring clear and concise communication across the team.
* Data Driven: Prepare detailed reports by researching, analyzing, and interpreting data.
* Project Coordination: Lead projects that make meaningful improvements to support and enhance our customer and employee journey.
* Collaboration and Change Driver: Work closely with leadership to implement changes and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure projects stay on track and meet deadlines.
* Learning and Growing: Gain hands-on experience in project management methodologies and best practices.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
* Currently enrolled at a local accredited college studying Business Management, Communications, Operations, or Information Systems / Data Science / Analytics.
* Junior or senior level, with current GPA of 3.0 or above.
* Strong technical and organizational skills in addition to excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A high level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality.
* Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and Word); Advanced Excel and PowerPoint helpful.
Additional Information
Only local candidates will be considered. Ideal candidate will have full-time availability and be able to start in May or early June of 2025. The schedule is hybrid with a duration of up to 6 months.
