- £42,000 The Job Joining a Customer Success team as a Technical Support Specialist you will be act as the main point of contact between clients & the greater business.
Supporting clients through onboarding, live support functions, client customisation, & relationship management.
Debugging & resolving client issues Performing an in-hours triage function to achieve SLAs Creating & maintaining internal & external technical documentation Working with external teams

The Skills Strong technical support experience Experience constructing API requests (using Postman/ SoapUI etc), evaluating XML / JSON structures Evaluating API product requirements & API integrations Creating technical documentation Reading some basic Java code Experience with JIRA and an industry standard ticketing system (ServiceNow, Zendesk, JIRA, etc) Proven history of account management or relationship building Comfort working in self-managed workflow rather than having work assigned Automate where possible (through Lean/Agile measures) The Person This role would be perfect for someone technical yet empathetic with a client focused-mindset.
