People and Culture is a multi-disciplined team, responsible for HR, training, recruitment and learning & development. Reporting to the Loadhog People and Culture Manager, your duties will include maintaining our HR systems, coordinating our onboarding processes, supporting with the administration of booking training sessions for our employee-owners and ensuring best practices and company policies are always adhered to. Based at our state-of-the-art Hawke Street site, key responsibilities will include: Preparing employee contracts and offer letters Welcoming new starters and organising their orientation Updating and maintaining the HR software system as required Administration of all HR documents, including employee records and performance management records Supporting with administration of training requirements Supporting with the delivery of annual appraisals Supporting recruitment: maintaining the CV database on PACS, telephone screening, CV filtering, posting job adverts through internal and external communication channels Delivering team communications: sharing news via our HR software system, and keeping notice boards up to date Ensuring GDPR (General Data Protection Act) compliance Supporting People & Culture initiatives and projects Training will be given and an opportunity to develop CIPD qualifications Who you are The successful applicant will be organised, efficient, and able to communicate with people in all areas of the business.
