The Ingenuity Group (TIG) Job Title: HR Administrator – Part Time (25 hrs per week) Location: London NW1 – Hybrid. Reporting to: CFO Salary: c£35,000 (pro-rata) The Company TIG is the newly established holding company for a dynamic group of businesses created through recent mergers and acquisitions. Our group operated across the marketing services brokerage, events, and brand consultancy sectors, with a vision to build a fully integrated “house of brands”. Over the past few years, TIG has experienced substantial growth and now employs approximately 200 people across our offices in London, Manchester, Leeds and Glasgow. Our current turnover is around £20 million, and we have ambitious plans for continued expansion. In 2022, TIG secured its first round of private equity funding from Cow Corner, providing resources to strengthen our capabilities and advance our journey toward becoming a market leader. In the last two years, we have completed four strategic acquisitions and have set our sights on further growth, both organically and through additional acquisitions. To support our continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced HR Administrator. The role: responsibilities · Maintain and update the HR system · Using your employment law knowledge to offer sound generalist HR advice · Recruitment administration; on-boarding, off-boarding & compliance · Benefits administration · Contracts & policy administration · Monthly payroll submission · Supporting Management team with ad hoc project work · Management of day-to-day HR tasks including sickness, absence, holidays The Person; skills and experience: · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Good understanding of UK employment law · Able to work independently handling general HR queries via phone and email · IT literate with experience of managing a HR system · Passionate about always providing high quality and professional HR services · Proven experience in a similar role · Careful and thorough attitude with a good work ethic
