You’ll play a key role in installing, managing, maintaining, and supporting all IT systems, ensuring they run smoothly and securely. You’ll provide expert support and guidance to make sure our systems are secure, scalable, and efficient.
We're looking for someone who has a wide range of knowledge including Microsoft Windows server technologies, Office365, Azure, VMware, enterprise storage, good networking knowledge and AVD, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. If you do not have knowledge of all of the above, it's still worth applying as you will be able to get upskilled in areas that you need developing.
The team specializes in the IT infrastructure for the business, offering proactive support to ensure the maintenance and security of hardware, networks, and systems. They also seamlessly execute technical projects for the business.
You'll be working from the Eastleigh office a minimum of three days per week to connect and collaborate with colleagues, and the other two days can be worked from a place of your choosing, whether that's at another of our offices, a cafe, or at home.
As part of our proactive approach in the team, we like to do some early morning checks as part of a rota. On those weeks, we'd need you to start at 07:30, but you also get to finish early too! (this can be discussed at the interview stage)
You'll join a growing team with a successful track record in delivery, and you'll be working collaboratively with stakeholders in the business with a range of skillsets to deliver new features and maintain the existing products, with a focus on high-quality customer-centric value, agile methods, and high-impact innovations.
