In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to analyse customer needs effectively.
Duties
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
* Handle deposits, withdrawals and member account requests.
* Open new accounts, ensuring all forms are competed correctly and ID is verified.
* Maintain up-to-date records on the in-house system.
* Assist customers with product information, order status, and account management.
* Resolve customer complaints by identifying the issue and providing appropriate solutions.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using Salesforce.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues.
* Analyse customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
