Regional Sales / Account Manager – Teleradiology
📍 Location: South Central UK (Hampshire, Berkshire, Northampton, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, West Sussex, East Dorset)
💰 Competitive Salary (up to £45,000 - flex)+ Bonus + Car Allowance + Benefits
Key Responsibilities
✅ Sales Leadership – Drive business growth by promoting comprehensive teleradiology services, including MRI, CT, PET-CT, Mammography, and Neuroradiology reporting.
✅ Key Account Management – Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand services within existing and new NHS and private healthcare accounts.
✅ Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including NHS Trusts, imaging department leads, and procurement teams.
✅ Market Insight & Reporting – Provide regular market intelligence and ensure accurate CRM data management.
What We’re Looking For
🔹 1-5 years of Business Development / Account Management experience within healthcare, ideally radiology or medical imaging.
🔹 Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of winning and managing high-value accounts.
🔹 Knowledge of NHS procurement processes and experience working with NHS Trusts and independent healthcare providers.
🔹 Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
🔹 Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver results under pressure.
🔹 High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
🔹 A full UK driving license and willingness to travel across the UK.
