Job Title: IT Project Manager

Salary: £70,000 per annum
About the Role:
My client are seeking a dynamic and driven IT Project Manager to join their growing team. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the future of their project management processes and drive customer success. You will be instrumental in understanding their diverse client base, primarily within the property/real estate sector, and delivering impactful IT projects. A significant portion of their business operates between London and South Africa, necessitating a global perspective.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and deliver IT projects and programmes from inception to completion, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
* Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the PMO team.
* Drive customer projects forward, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business objectives.
* Develop and implement a strategic project roadmap for the next 5 years.
* Effectively manage client relationships, particularly with legacy clients, requiring occasional on-site presence in London (approximately once per week).
* Maintain a balance between hands-on project management and team leadership (approximately 50/50 split).
* Understand and navigate the technological landscape, including infrastructure, SaaS, cyber security, governance, and compliance.
* Demonstrate a "light but firm" approach to project management, driving progress whilst maintaining positive relationships.
* Command a room and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in managing IT projects and programmes from start to finish.
* Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, SaaS, cyber security, governance, and compliance.
* Experience working with clients in the property/real estate sector is highly desirable.
* Ability to understand client needs and drive customer-focused projects.
* Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work on-site in Chelsea, London, approximately once a week.
* Experience working within an MSP environment is highly desirable.
