About the role:
ECA is developing a cutting-edge SaaS platform that will transform the Global Mobility industry. We’re looking for a curious, empathetic UX Researcher to join our growing UX team and help us create user-centric solutions that make a real impact. You’ll collaborate closely with two experienced UI Designers and the Product team to uncover insights, validate ideas, and ensure we build a platform that meets the needs of our users.
In this role, you’ll design and execute research to understand users' challenges, goals, and behaviours across personas like Global Mobility Managers, Mobile Employees, and HR professionals.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, design, and conduct user research (e.g., interviews, usability tests, surveys) to gather qualitative and quantitative insights.
* Analyse data and turn findings into actionable recommendations for the Product and UX teams.
* Collaborate with UX Designers and Product Managers to ensure research insights are integrated into the design process and product roadmap and drive iterative improvements.
* Bring a creative outlook to identifying user pain points, exploring opportunities, and suggesting innovative solutions.
* Build empathy for users by sharing insights through reports, presentations, and personas.
* Contribute to developing user journey maps, storyboards, and other UX artifacts.
* Gather user feedback, track product performance, and identify areas for enhancement.
* Continuously advocate for the user, ensuring we deliver intuitive, impactful, and delightful experiences.
* Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by refining our UX research processes, tools and methodologies as we scale.
The Ideal Candidate:
* 1-3 years of experience conducting UX research (or a strong background in human-centred design).
* Ability to design and conduct research studies, from planning to analysis.
* Strong communication skills to present insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Familiarity with UX research methods (e.g., interviews, usability testing, surveys, contextual inquiries).
* Understanding of product design processes and a passion for user experience.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
* Empathy, curiosity, and a drive to solve user problems.
* Bonus: Experience in B2B SaaS, HR Tech, or Global Mobility domains.
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping a product that supports professionals navigating complex global assignments. Your research will directly influence product decisions, ensuring we solve real problems for our users. If you’re looking to grow your UX career, contribute to meaningful work, and learn alongside a talented team, we’d love to hear from you.
